YOUR JOB WILL BE       
Research:

• Information Gathering: Conduct market research to identify new trends UI/UX, user needs, and product opportunities. Gather information from users and stakeholders and collaborate with related departments for a deeper understanding of business issues and opportunities.
• Research and analyze requirements from gathered information.
• Conduct solution audits UI/UX
• Assist in conducting usability testing and user research.

Design:

• Experience in creating design systems (UI elements, Components, Patterns,...)       
  Work closely with the Product team to understand product logic and develop user flow.
• Deliver wireframes and prototypes to communicate effectively.
• Prepare essential handoff documents and collaborate effectively with developers and testers to meet expectations.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product designs.
• Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation, including design specifications and style guides.

Writing:

• Write clear and concise content across multiple touchpoints (including product features, emails, notifications, confirmation messages,...).

YOU ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE

• At least +3 years of experience in Product/UIUX Design.
• Attention to detail and always aiming for pixel design.
• Proactive in work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of technical aspects (a plus).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of common design pattern, Laws of UX.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multi-tasks.
• Understanding Product development process.
• Understanding of research methods such as: Interview, Usability testing, Heuristic evaluation,...
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge of human psychology.
• Previous experiences using apps like Notion, Monday, Airtable or other ERP products...
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, project managers, quality assurance teams, and other developers regarding progress on long-term technology roadmap
• Create and maintain workflows with teams to provide visibility and to ensure workload balance for consistent visual designs
• Develop and oversee testing schedules in client server environment, addressing various browsers and devices to ensure that content is displayed as intended Produce quality code, raising the bar for team performance and speed
• Recommend systems solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchased alternatives  
   

YOUR JOB WILL BE

Write code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, and profile and analyze bottlenecks.  
Design robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients.  
Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems in the cloud.  
Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.  
Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met, and allow for regression testing.   
 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  
 

• Excellent foundation in computer science, algorithms.
• Experience in writing highly secure web applications.
• Experience with JS/NodeJS based framework: Express, Nest, etc.
• Experience with Unix systems.
• Experience with database management and optimization: MySQL, MongoDB,etc.
• Experience with caching systems: Redis, Memcached, etc.
• Experience with messaging systems: RabbitMQ, BullMQ, Kafka, etc.
• Growth mindset that challenges the status quo and focuses on outside-the-box ideas and solutions.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science
• Experience in designing RESTful APIs, specifically for mobile apps
• Experience in leading a team
• Experience microservices architecture/principle

YOUR JOB WILL BE

• Develop and maintain product roadmap to achieve product strategy and product vision.
• Combining data, market research, and industry best practices to understand the problems, identify the opportunities to create value.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Be the owner of the entire product life cycle and work hands-on with various teams such as product design, growth, engineering, operation to research, plan, build, ship and manage products.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success and direction of products.  
  Work closely with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of customer experience.
• Scope and prioritize backlogs based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with developer teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Perform analysis on newly released features using usage metrics.  
   

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  
 

• 4+ years of work experience as a Product owner/Product Manager/BA
• Experience in working with agile / scrum methodologies
• Good understanding of the process to build software from end-to-end
• Well organized and have great attention to detail
• Can-do attitude and are willing to work hands-on
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in the SaaS industry, or Work-OS products is a big plus
